In today’s rapidly-evolving media landscape, audio has become a crucial tool for establishing your profile as a subject matter expert and a thought leader in your field. Whether it’s through podcasts, audiobooks, or narrated articles, voice-driven storytelling offers a tremendous opportunity to connect with listeners in an intimate, personal, and memorable way.

Courtney Reimer, a distinguished podcast strategist and content development expert, will guide you through the key benefits of incorporating audio into your media portfolio and how to make it a powerful part of your storytelling toolkit–even (or especially) if the prospect of launching a full-fledged podcast feels daunting.

You’ll discover how to tiptoe into the world of audio, ways to transform your existing content for audio platforms, and why audio is particularly important for women working in media. You’ll leave the session feeling inspired and equipped with actionable methods and strategies to begin exploring the possibilities of audio.

This session is perfect for media professionals who are curious about the “how” and “why” of audio content and want to explore its potential for their creative repertoire.

Key Takeaways:

  • What the rise of audio in media means for you: Why the explosion of podcasts and voice-driven media matters for you and your career in media.
